A medium-sized green apple has about 90-100 calories, and about 4 grams of fiber too!
A good resource for calorie counts can be found on thedailyplate.com or calorieking.com. Just in case you're ever curious!
Just don't ever figure out the calorie count in your cupcakes. That's one food item I prefer to remain in the dark on... there are already too many foods I can't enjoy once I learn their nutritional information!
Got it! I just say the cupcakes are WORTH the calories.
So how did you like that Lean Cuisine Panini anyway? I have a coupon for a free one, and will likely pick it up this weekend...but was it any good? What flavor did you have?
I had the Southwest chicken flavor. I am a little burned out on them, but I LOVE the flavors. I ADORE their new flatbread option...specifically the ranch chicken. They're worth it when they're on sale.
very filling.
