8/14/08 FOOD LOG

7:00 p.m.: I tried to stop eating at 6, but I literally felt my blood sugar DROP, so I stuffed my face with: SKITTLES, STARBURST, POPCORN, and CEREAL...

don't ask why these things are still in my house....

6:00 p.m.: more chicken salad
1 diet pepsi



4:50 p.m.: 1 apple: 100 cal.

4:08 p.m.: 1/2 Easy Mac and Cheese...YUM: 140 cal.
1 Diet Pepsi
2 almond biscotti: 100 cal. (I have now finished the package. YEAH ME!) *SARCASM ALERT*


1:20 p.m.: 3 almond biscottis: 150 cal.
1 diet pepsi

11:30 a.m.: salad with pieces of chicken, pickles, TINY amount of cheese (like two slivers), and Neman's Own LIGHT BALSAMIC VINEGAR DRESSING (THE BEST!!): ??? cal. (it's low, I know that.


10:13 a.m.: 1 grapefruit: 100 cal.

8:35 a.m.: 1 Diet Pepsi

7:25 a.m.: 2 Light Yoplaits with oatmeal mix-in: 310 cal.

6:05 a.m.: XL Iced Coffee with 3 Equals

You start out sooooo well every am....I actually think you're going to do it! I'm cheering you on! Then I check back later and the perils of working in a bakery...why is it that the healthy food is not as easy to grab and go as the unhealthy food...it should be the other way around damnit!!!!! I'm still cheering for you :)

you're so right! Healthy food is available...I've got fruit and cut veggies in my fridge at Retro...but when you're stressed and tired, they just don't satisfy. oh well. today is another day! And, I am doing the new work out...so that gives me a little more hope!

Diet Pepsi at 8:30, love it! I used to live like that. I haven't been drinking (very much) carbonation since doing this round of marathon training. Not sure that it's actually helping my performance and I'm going nuts craving the caffeine!

The workout is good!!! At least that can counteract some of it...I just stopped by Icing on the Cupcake here in Rocklin, CA and bought 4 cupcakes to go...who am I to talk??
