four bites of APPLE CIDER cupcakes!!!

12:30: two bites of cinnamon cake (WHY? read here)
12:00: blueberry light yogurt
7:30 a.m.: yogurt with oatmeal mix-in
5:30 a.m.: XL Iced Coffee w/3 Equals
