7:30 p.m.: handful of Sun Chips (garden salsa)
5 jolly ranchers
cheese and crackers at home...and a Fresca (which I forgot has caffeine, so I was UP for a while last night...then crashed at 10).
12:30 p.m.: two chicken legs & two chicken thighs (some dipped in bbq sauce with no skin)
1 diet dr. pepper
10:15 a.m.: 1 Yoplait light with oatmeal mix-in
one grapefruit
7:30 a.m.: XL Iced Coffee w/3 Equals
