8/3/08 FOOD LOG

The rest of the day was CHIPS, CHIPS, and MORE CHIPS...
then we went to ESPN Zone, and it was french fries, chips, and more FRENCH FRIES...
I went COMPLETELY overboard because I was on our one-day vacay....and now it's over.

12:18 p.m.: roasted chicken thigh and leg
handfuls of baked cheetos and baked sour cream and cheddar lays


11:30 a.m.: 1 Diet Pepsi

10:05 a.m.: 1 grapefruit: 100 cal.

8:01 a.m.: Dannon Active blueberry yogurt with oatmeal mixed in: 170 cal.


7:00 a.m.: XL iced coffee with three Equals

Yesterday wasn't SO bad...I'm learning I eat too little too early, then go crazy at night. I also don't drink enough water and eat too much salt. LIKE I DIDN'T KNOW THAT ALREADY.

Today is another day.....

Your a brave chick! I'm carrying some excess cargo lately myself thanks to good cupcakes but I don't think I could let anyone else see it, I don't think I want to see it myself. I've been eating like a 250 pound truck driver and have the ass to prove it!
