8/19/08 FOOD LOG

7:30 p.m.:
So much for NOT eating after 6, but I was STARVING, so I had:
chicken salad (chicken breast, pickles, lettuce, and two slices of cheese)
10 jolly ranchers

5:45: 2 Chicken/Broc/Cheese Lean Pocket: 480 cal.

5:30 p.m.: 1 green apple

3:00 p.m.: 1 green apple
Diet Pepsi

still not that hungry from our crawl....I ate A LOT

12:30 p.m.: 2 Yoplait Light yogurts (I'm BARELY hungry after our Cupcake Crawl LA Day!)

6:00 a.m.: XL Iced Coffee with 3 Equals
