3 ish p.m.: 1/2 chicken salad 200 cal.
1/2 Diet Pepsi
11:20 a.m.: 1/2 water...still working on it. I ate SO much yesterday, I'm really NOT hungry still. I told you it was a DAY of eating!!!
9:30 a.m.: Yoplait Light Peach yogurt with instant oatmeal mix-in: 210 cal.
6:00 a.m.: XL iced coffee with 3 Equals
