9:30 a.m.: Peach Yoplait light with Instant Oatmeal mixed in: 210 cal.
Venti Iced Americano with 2 Equals from Starbucks (still suckin' on that)
6:30 a.m.: XL Ice Coffee with three Equals
I hope for a better day today...yesterday was complete mental chaos; hence, my diet was "in the shit" (as Gordon Ramsay would say).
I'm reading his book, and ironically, I came across a paragraph today that said the one thing he hated most was a FAT CHEF.
F!!! If THAT can't motivate me, I don't know what can.
